From Philadelphia
¢ I-95 North to Exit 49 (old exit 30), NEWTOWN YARDLEY RD/PA-332 W.
¢ Turn LEFT at end of the ramp heading 332W.
¢ Stay on 332W for about 4 miles. PA-332 W becomes NEWTOWN BYP.
¢ NEWTOWN BYP becomes /PA-413 N.
¢ Follow signs for 413 N. You need to make a right off the bypass and go about 200 yards and then make a left at a traffic light. This is PA-413 N.
¢ Stay on 413 N for about 5 miles, cross the Intersection of PA-232 and proceed 1 mile to the next traffic light, this is Pineville Rd (Pineville Inn is on your RHS at the light).
¢ Turn right onto Pineville Rd. Proceed ½ mile. Turn left onto Holicong Rd. You are in farm country now.
¢ Follow Holicong Rd for about 1½ miles until you come to a stop sign, which is the intersection of Holicong and Lower Mountain Rd.
¢ Turn right onto Lower Mountain Rd, go about 100 yards and the house is on your left. Look for the black mailbox with the number 5166 on it.
From Route 202 (South)
¢ Stay on Route 202 and head for Peddlers Village/Lahaska. South from NJ
¢ The traffic light in Peddlers Village is the intersection of 202 and Street Rd.
¢ Heading south on 202 make a left onto Street Rd.
¢ Once on Street Road. Go about 3/4 mile, pass Upper Mountain Rd you will cross over railroad tracks and go 1/8 mile. Your next street will be Lower Mountain Rd.
¢ Make a right (Do not take the diagonal road as this is Pineville Rd).
¢ Go down Lower Mountain Rd for about 1 mile.
¢ The house will be on your right, look for the black mailbox with the numbers 5166 on it. If you are at the intersection on Holicong Rd, you have gone too far.
From Route 202 (North)
¢ Stay on Route 202 N and go past Doylestown.
¢ Look for Route 413 South. Make a right at the light (you will see a bar called the Candlewyck on your left which is on Route 413).
¢ Head on 413 South for a little over 2 miles. Look for Geerlings Garden Center on your right. Lower Mountain Rd is about 200 yards away. It crosses Route 413.
¢ Make a left onto Lower Mountain Rd and go 1 mile until you get to the intersection of Holicong Rd.
¢ Crossover Holicong Rd go about 100 yards and the house is on your left. Look for the black mailbox with the number 5166 on it
